How to use:
Remove the cushion from the bag.
Fold it as shown in the picture on the product box. The patterned side should face inward.
Place the cushion in a clean microwave, in the center of the plate, and heat it.
Heating time: 500 W: 1 min 40 sec, or 600 W: 1 min 20 sec. Do not heat at a setting higher than 700 W!
Remove the cushion from the microwave and carefully place it on your shoulders, the back of your neck, or tie it around your waist. The patterned side should face up.
The usual usage time is 20 minutes.
