How to use:
Remove the patch from the packaging and unfold it.
Remove the protective film from the adhesive strip on the patch.
Stick the patch to the inside of your underwear, at the point where it touches your lower abdomen. The soft, warm surface of the patch will be in contact with your lower abdomen.
The patch will provide warmth for 5-8 hours.
